Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Low potassium can cause severe problems including cardiac problems which can be life threatening if left untreated.
Get a blood potassium level done. Normal range will be between 4.5 to 5.5. If the result is lower than 3 you might require potassium supplements in injection form. If it’s more than 3.5 oral supplements will be enough.
You can have potassium rich foods like coconut water and banana.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
