Suggest Medication For Loose Stool And Dehydration

Hi I have been suffering from running stomach for over ten months nows with no treatment that helps me to heal totally, but recently i visited a Dr who recommended that i must increase my cereal in take but not using milk, he said i must just use water instead of milk but this is a 4th day have been started to eat my weetbix and All bran cereal using water, but i have notice that i have fizzing stool. Im very tired of this stomach it dehydrates me i have even lost weight from 69 kg to 50 kg

I really appreciate your concern, chronic diarrhea demands the investigation and first stage would be stool culture sensitivity, imaging studies and other routine tests these are to get done the correct diagnosis and treatment, else symptoms can not be treated alone as long as the diarrhea is concern, I would suggest to try Lactobacillus oral treatment till you reach the diagnosis, and care needs to be taken for good hydration hope this information.
