Suggest Medication For Lightheaded Feeling After Taking Hypotensive Drug For Diabetes

Have been taking hyoptensive drugs for several years as a diabetic (type 2). Recently lost 5 stone and now experience lightheadedness quite frequently - think I need to reduce dosage of either Losartan (100mg 1per day), Amlodipine (10 mg 1 per day) and Bisoprolol (10mg 1per day). Which should I reduce?

Hello
Welcome to HCM
As you are taking three antihypertensive drugs at a time, you need to reduce or stop taking one of these drugs.Because your symptoms of light headedness suggest that your blood pressure is quite low.

So,i would suggest you to stop one of these drugs after consulting your treating physician .Better to stop amlodipine.

Hope i have answered your query.
Thank you
