Suggest Medication For Itchy Red Bumps On My Vagina

there are reddis spots in my vagina lips which are itchy with burning sensation. my doctor has prescribed the izoconazole cream but there is little progress after a week of treatment. Any additional medicine treatment to control the itch and burning sensation?

Hi,

It may be vulvovaginitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. You may continue Itraconazole. Take antibiotic like Azithromycin for 6 days. If there is itching, take antihistamines like Cetirizine. Apply antibiotic cream. Take Sitz bath in Dettol mixed water.
