Suggest Medication For Itchy, Burning And Painful Genital Sores
Hi, recently I felt irritation & itching in my genital area, then a day or so later ulcers popped up, they have a red rim and are a yellow/white center. I have been with the same guy for 3 years & both have been cleared from STDs 6 months ago. whenever I pee, if it touches the ulcers it burns really bad... what could this be?

Hi, I have read your problem and understand your concerns.

The condition you describe, can be due to staphylococcal infection (boil).
If a patient comes to me with similar symptoms i prescribe him antibiotics for 7 days along with anti inflammatory drugs i.e Tab Co-amoxiclav 500/125 mg thrice daily for 7 days as well as Tab Ibuprofen twice daily for 3 days and later only during pain and discomfort.
