hello i have gone though you concerns if i were you treating physician i would have prescribed thyroxine 50 microgram for 4 weeks then add 25 mg every two weeks according to your thyroid status.i would also have regularly checked thyroxine level afterwards every one to two years.thyroxine is the drug used to treat hypothyroidism.it is used cautiously in patients with arrythmias. for your ovarian cyst i would have done ultrasound abdomen to determine its size and septations.most smaller cysts can be treated conservatively while bigger ones with complications need surgical excision. thanks hope the answer is helpful regards
