Suggest Medication For High Fever,stomach Ache And Vomiting
my 5 yr old has had a fever of 102.8 since yesterday with a stomache ache, chills and vomiting he will not eat, the first time he tries to drink he vomited it right back up he is only vomiting stomache acids? I have been giving him motrin to try an bring fever down but lowest it got was 99.9

The fever appears to be the viral infection, and the vomiting and stomach pain may be due to the indigestion of the fever.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection of metachlopramide, cifixime, paracetamol, and domstal.
Give him bread ,biscuits, and milk, avoid giving oily foods.
