Suggest Medication For High Fever

My 22 month old had a very high fever last night. I got her blood checked, and she came out +1/80 for salmonella typhi O, +1/160 for salmonella typhi H, +1/320 for salmanella paratyphi AH, and +1/160 for salmonella paratyphi BH. Her leokocytes were also 24,500 and her trombosit 441,000. MCH 24, segment 69

Hello
22 months , and according to this report of Widal test , heavily POSITIVE virtually in all strain.
However leucocyte count is also high as ( 24 500 cmm). This high amount of leucocyte count may be due to typhoid or other infection .
When such type of patient visit I also advise to get in serology test for typhoid just for confirmation.I advise my patient to take CIPROFLOXACIN 10 mg / kg body weight in two divided dosage for at least 15 days ( such heavy infection ) . Because patient is just 22 months so appetite stimulant is also important beside some enzyme syrup.
Boiled & cooled water is important .
Calpol syrup is also necessary whenever there is fever.
In my opinion consult PHYSICIAN and get his opinion.
Good luck.
