Suggest Medication For Dizziness And Rapid Heart Beat

I was painting on a canvas with oil paints for maybe about 2-3 hours in my bedroom. (I can t remember exactly how long.) My window has been cracked open like one inch (I was listening to some commotion outside) and the blinds was closed way before I was going to paint. I didn t open my window or use a fan when I started painting. I left the room a few times to use the sink so I didn t sit there for 3 hours straight. I finally went to bed (in a different room) and then I started having symptoms. I was feeling dizzy and lightheaded. I opened up a window for fresh air. I couldn t sleep (body tired, mind awake) and after an hour or so my heartbeat went up...but, I tend to get worried and anxious at times so that could be why my heartbeat went up. I got into bed at 10pm-ish had the symptoms, and finally fell asleep after 1am-ish *didn t bother looking at the time after getting up for some water around 1am* This morning I still feel dizzy/lightheaded but I didn t get enough sleep. Also it s hard to get more rest when it s now light out and the garbage truck is noisy. Is there anything concerning or should I just you know, relax, get fresh air, ventilate and stay away from my room? Also, what else can I do? Take some meds? More water?

Hi,
You were painting in a room which wasn't ventilated well, so there can be slight intoxication.
I would advise you to ventilate your house well, drink much water. During the day try eather lay down or be in a fresh air.
If your complains become much more worse you must see a doctor.

Wish you good health
