Pediatrician, Neurology 's  Response
Preemies after an eventful course to the extent of NEC needs to be watched especially if they get bloated in tummy and change in stool consistency. I suggest to see a Pediatrician and if bloating continues with vomiting, it's an emergency; otherwise for the time being, try giving some pedialyte and stop milk and milk products as secondary lactose intolerance is common in this age.
