Suggest Medication For Diarrhea With Sharp Pain In Abdomen And Back
My son is 34 years old and experiencing diarrhea for 24 hours and has off and on abdominal pain in sharp pains and also in his back. He has diarrhea the pain he has is very painful and he wants to go to the emergency but has no insurance. The pain comes and goes. He is not a sick person but is Gay and doesnt always take the best care of himself. He is not over weight and does not have a drinking problem the last food he ate was pizza. Last night and pizza left over today. I have given him imodium. He ate chicken broth and crackers tonight.

Hi,
It seems that he might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise pain in abdomen and loose motions.
Give him antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas for abdominal cloic as needed.
Give him Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Give him light food like curd, rice, butter milk and lemon,orange juices.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
