You need not to take antibiotics as it helps in relieving bacterial infection while you seems to have viral infection.. I would suggest you to start taking supportive treatment as it will help in relieving the symptoms.. You can start taking anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, anti allergics like Benadryl, take cough expectorant containing Gueifenesin [Mucinex], mucolytics like Ambroxol.. You can do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.. Suck throat lozenges and sip on plenty of warm water.. Chew Vitamin C pellet as it help in improving immunity..
