Suggest Medication For Constipation

my son is 1 year 10 months old and he is suffering from tight motion for past three days. he cries a lot during motion and is feeling ok after he passes motion. but today he cried for about half an hour for not getting motion. i saw it was on its half way. please suggest me a better way for this doctor.

I really appreciate your concern for the kid looking to the history given here I would like to advise you that encourage the child for drinking more water and take care in diet no need to give any medicine for this it would come around with water and proper diet, hope this information helps you, take a good care of child and have a nice day.
