Suggest Medication For Constipation From Lomotil Tablet

I use one lomotil tablet to control diarrhea. It works very well. After about 12 hours I usually end up with constipation. The constipation is uncomfortable and generates a lot of gas. it can last about 12 hours and then I begin to have bowl movements about every 30 minutes for about three hours. It often then turns into diarrhea. Any suggestions on how to overcome the constipation and avoid going back to diarrhea?

You may be suffering from IBS with diarrhoea. so that's why your problem recurring after lomotil effect gone. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use tablet normaxin twice a day for five days. avoid dairy products and gluten contain food. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
