Hello
As your baby responded to azithromycin and paracetamol , fever has gone , so stop this medicine .
As you mentioned that baby is having cold , nasal block , so these symptoms may be due to bronchoconstriction caused by cold or allergy .
So your baby require some bronchodilator as salbutamol syrup .
Dextromethophan+chlorpheniramine = menthol syrup will relieve cols and open blocked nose with salbutamol syrup .
Both syrup are advise to give twice in day .
Steam inahalation and hot coffee will provide instant relief.
Hope this will help you.
