Suggest Medication For Chronic Headache

Hello what new drugs are out there that you may know of that can help me with severe cronic head pain ,depression ,cant stay awake for nothing during the day and cant sleep at night. but i need something that will not make me gain weight im 56 yrs old.

It might have been useful to provide some more detail regarding the headaches, such as age they've started, duration, frequency, character of the pain, medication you've used etc as they are details which help to better categorize it and choose appropriate treatment.
With the info you provide and the worry about weight I would suggest an antidepressant. SSRI class antidepressants like citalopram are most suited as they do not significantly affect weight.
