Suggest Medication For Chronic Depression And Anxiety

Dr, my brother is saying he is mentally ill. He needs some help.he is 24,he is under high pressure to handle things at home after our fathers death due to cancer. He couldn t complete his studies because of our fathers illness.He faced ceveral drowbacks in life and still finding no any way to a good future. He is so much down now .He does not eat, or sleep properly. He is feeling so much scared for silly things. Pls advise some good medicine for his condition.(he is having fatty liver and our father had liver sirosis with out using alkahol). He is not coming to any Dr. So I m here to ask your help.kindly help us.Alan

it is psychological disorder take counseling from clinical psychologist, and on his recommendation can consult phychiatrist for examination and advise on treatment.
