Suggest Medication For Chills And Fever
Hi Dr. i had a car accident about 20 days ago since that day I been having chills and body eakins with sever lower back a adominal pains my fiver can go up to 103, I been at kaiser urgent care twice they said I had an infeccion, they give me strong antibiotics but after 2 days normal I started with chills again, now since las sunday I chills and fever.

From history it seems that still you might be having infection in your body and not cleared completely.
There might be having deep seated infection and can not be judged.
If require go for ultra sound of abdomen to find out the source of infection.
Continue with antibiotic medicine.
Consult your doctor and go for investigations like blood, urine, x-ray etc.

Fever,chills and body ache indicates infection somewhere in our body.As you are also having abdominal and low back pain,you are likely having a urinary tract infection(I guess you have no cough/throat pain/painful lumps in the body) .Since it is persisting with empirical therapy,we have to do a urine culture and sensitivity testing to find the effective antibiotic.Your doctor will guide you in this.
