hi, there are many causes of chest pain like cardiac, esophageal, gastric, muscular, and chest wall causes. Unless thoroughly examined, it is not advisable to get a prescription for it. The high level of uric acid and chest pain can be related, a type of rib joint pain. You may also need a mild drug for hypertension. You may try OTC drugs like tramadol and omeprazole, stop smoking and consult a physician. Finally, a single normal ECG can not rule out a cardiac disease. Hope i am clear.
