Suggest Medication For An Infection On The Outer Part Of The Testicle

i have infection on the outer part of the testicle skin which is visible. I have pimples like infection on it. Once the pimples are squeezed we see a white substance coming out of it. Same way when i squeeze the pimples like swelling area there comes a white substance. How to cure this.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
noted the history of pimples like thing on the scrotal skin which when popped give white material.
This is a case of multiple sebaceous cysts and needs to be examined and diagnosis confirmed by a general surgeon.
I would advise in such a situation the following.
First of all clean the area thoroughly with soap and just warm water and tap try with cotton cloth.
Then apply liquid povidone iodine and let it dry.
Once this is confirmed to be multiple sebaceous cysts, the only cure is excision of the larger ones and watch for the smaller ones.
Many times the smaller ones may resolve on their own.
Stop popping them.
