Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face which occurs due to hormonal changes and whens skin pores becomes clogged and gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti acne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and start after prescription. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun.
You may take oral medicines like minocycline 50 mg daily with low dose of isotretinoin 5 mg daily. These might improve the acne lesions rapidly.
Ok.
