The only way to do it now is Dilatation and Curettage called also D&C. Its not a matter of mere abortion but also its now a matter of your life. And D&C needs expert hands to carry it out. Here in USA its upto 49days of pregnancy that can be aborted by giving medications and without surgery. It FDA approved criteria. Its for the best of your health that dont even try to do it at your own. There are high chances that you may bleed to death.
