Suggest Medication For Abdominal Pain

Hi name is Maria I'm 27 years old 39 weeks pregnant. I have really bad abdominal pain since yesterday night, i sliptmy legs open but did not hit the floor but i have trouble walking. I have no bleeding and i can feel my baby moving
Should i go to the EMS to get checked or just wait for tomorrow and go to my OB

If I were your doctor, I would definitely advise you to visit the EMS for a check up who might go for an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any unsuspected pathology at this stage of your pregnancy, instead of waiting till tomorrow.
