Hi,

Piles can be very painful as well as distressing to patients. I would advise you to include more fibres in your diet like vegetables, as it can help to ad bull to the stools. I would also advise you to drink plenty of water, regular walk and use ispaghul husk 2 spoons twice a day. If symptoms do not improve, then you need to see your doctor to decide further plan whether to stick with lifestyle modification/medicines or to go for surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
