I have a deep wound on the outside of my left ankle. I fell about 2 months ago, and split it open. It was quite deep, and required 8 staples. I had the staples removed after 15 days. They then taped it with steri-strips. Which i was allergic to and had a reaction making my skin blister and peel around the wound. It has now been what seems like FOREVER and it's just not healing fast enough. I will get it looking and feeling great then I take one wrong step and it splits back open. Any suggestions to get back to normal life?
