i hddave a female child one year5 months at the time of birth it was weight of 1.60 kg & nown aday she is 6.5 kg facing problem of ashtama.after every 1 month she want nubilise twice or three times in a day.so please suggest what dxn product i want give the child & how

What your child is suffering us called as HRAD ( HYPERREACTIVE AIRWAY DISEASE ) .It is common in LBW babies.Asthma diagnosis is done after 2 years.Treatment will be leukotriene inhibitors for 3-6 months and if no response in 1 month then add low dose ICS like budesonide.Simultaneously investigate your child for GERD and some congenital problems like cystic fibrosis
