Hi,

This tablet may decrease the urine resistance in prostate hypertrophy patients.

You may use alternate like Terazosin or Doxazosin.

For aortic regurgitation, treatment depends upon how severe it is. It is either symptomatic or asymptomatic.

Please consult your Cardiologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
