Suggest Me Treatment For Swollen Wrist As Its Hard To Fold Hands.

3days ago wrist started to hurt. i never injured it. this is third day its all swelled at wrist hard to close hand and cannot use hand at all.only different things i did three days ago was..change cereal got on versa climber once and carried in food for store. its very painful. helps to raise above high

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a strained wrist while you carried food. I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the inflammation. I also recommend to maintain the wrist immobilized to prevent further damage.
