Suggest Me Treatment For Heaviness On Left Side Of Ribs As ECG Is Normal.

I feel like a weight has been hanged to my lower portion of left side ribs near the centre of the chest, it feels like some heavy object is stuck there. On consulting with a physician(MD) I had ecg but it's normal. I feel it when I drive my motorbike mostly during evening, while coming back from office. There is no pain but I just feel that very portion. When I sit, the probability of feeling is more. Only once I felt severe pain in this area when I woke up and tried to getup, one morning while I was travelling in an ac coach of Indian railway, but it was not the beginning of this problem, it happened many days after all this stared. Please, help me to know the reason and the cure?

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for heart diseases because your ecg is normal.
Sometimes gastritis and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) can cause similar symptoms.
If you are having stress and anxiety then both of these actually further worsen the symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
For control of GERD do following things.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Take proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
Loose weight if you are obese. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
