Suggest Me Diet Or Exercise To Lower High BP

I was coming from work, and somehow I am really nervous, and my heart starts beating a little faster than usual, I am 18 years old 5 11 190 pounds, So I go to the market and measure my blood pressure and I had 150/70, I am really nervous so I think that s why my heart started increasing so fast, now I feel more relaxed. When you re nervous does your blood pressure increase? I am really anxious and stressed. Any relaxation methods, or is it lack of exercise? thank you, also what foods cause High Blood pressure, because maybe I am eating wrong. Please help

Try to relax, take a few deep breathes and just relax. Some people naturally have blood high pressure, it's genetic and there is nothing you can do about it. Try to develop a workout routine, jogging and or walking is a good way to start. If you can, join a gym or YMCA. But the best advice is to go to your doctor and they may ask about your family history, your grandparents and your parents history is usually what they want to know. Ask your parents if you don't know. The doctor may help set up a exercise routine for you and or prescript medication for you. They might explain a healthy meal routine for you to follow.
