Suggest Life Expectancy Of Patients Post Merk Cell Cancer

My 84 year old father has been diagnosed with Merkel Cell cancer and just had a large tumor removed from the top of his head. He has dementia, high blood pressure, diabetes and has had two melanomas removed from the same spot. Per our request there will be no treatment except to keep him comfortable. What is his life expectancy with this aggressive form of cancer?
