Suggest Home Remedy For Swollen Montgomery Gland On Right Nipple

I am not pregnant or breast feeding and I have a swollen montgomery gland on my right nipple. It is red and hurts quite a bit. Seems there is puss inside but no head. I haven t drained it because I read it could cause more infection. I have used a warm compress to soothe. I would rather treat at home rather then take antibiotics as they often give me yeast infections. Any suggestions for at home treatment? Thank you
