Suggest Home Remedy For Plantar Fasciitis

I had hit myself with a nail gun at work on my ankle the tibia. already went to doctor because the next day my oppisite foot was in lots of pain as well. They determined I have planter fascinates in the right Foot and if the medication did not seem to work for my left ankle. There is no swelling or bruising. It feels ok for a little whilr the after a day at work it hurts bad. I was just wondering if there was any home remedies thT could help with this or your personal opinion

Thant you very much for your time.
