Hi,

Before mentioning the home remedies I will like you to get your blood uric acid levels checked and if high please start taking Allopurinol or consult with a nearby physician for the management of gout.

Now for your information, please find below the home remedies for plantar fasciitis:

a. Start applying lavender oil

b. Try to wear shoes that provide good arch support and have a low heal, especially if you’re going to be on your feet a lot. This helps to support your plantar fascia and prevent them from becoming inflamed.

c. Start using orthotic shoe inserts or foot pads to help distribute your weight more evenly, especially if you have high arches. You can get them ready-made at most pharmacies.

d. Wear a night splint which will help to relieve plantar fasciitis by stretching your arches and calves overnight.

Before I end I will reiterate that you should consult your doctor if you are in so much pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
