Suggest Good Anti-emetic For A Child

Hi... My baby of 7 months has 4-5 vomitings since morning, no fever, rash, or dairrhea. even wake-up from sleeping and vomiting. Can you please suggest some good anti-emetic for her. I am MD Pharmacologist by profession and seeks your kind opinion for choosing good anti-emetic. Thanks & Regards, Faheem
