Hey.. sir this is niraj here. 27 years old suffering with sneezing and nosal during sneeze so much. Esnophelia 11 blood pletelete count going down it s 94 what to do.. what food I should take. Suggest me plz and give prevention. I m taking medicine benocide forte and cetrizine .
