hello, I have a brief question: I m a 33 year old male whose never had any pelvic injury. For the past couple months I ve developed a habit of squeezing my legs together to crack my pelvic symphysis. I stopped doing this about 2 weeks ago and since then I ve noticed the quality of my erection has gone down. My penis no longer stands up at an angle. I would like to know if there are any excercises I could do to strengthen the pelvic region so I could get back my healthy erection. Thanks for your time.
Hi It seems you are a bit confused about relationship of pelvic region and penis erection. Nothing you have done to squeeze the legs have affected your erection. Erection is done in a perfect way when cavernous spaces in penis get full blood supply and well filled up. If there are strictures etc that might have developed due to habitual and excessive and vehement masterbation in the past , you might get this problem. Other reason could be sexual neurosis.
