Hello,
I admire your attitude towards your health and body and will give you my best to help you to get back into proper shape.
As you had C-section delivery 2 months back and you must be breastfeeding, so i would not suggest you to do strict dieting and heavy exercises for at least next 2 to 3 months.
As per your height, your weight must fall around 65, so you need to loose extra 10 to 15 kg at least. For that, right now you need to do meditations for atleast 20 minutes, walking for at least 20 minutes daily and take light diet but rich in protein, iron, calcium and vitamins. So eat plenty of green leafy vegetabels and fruits, take protein powder with milk, avoid oily junk and processed food.
Follow this for at least 2 months and i am sure you will loose at least 5 to 8 kg more. After 4 to 5 months of delivery, you can join a gym and do exercises to maintain a well body shape and also you can take help of dietician to schedule your daily diet. When you will loose total 10 to 15 kg more, then i am pretty sure that your body will be in shape and you will feel good.
Hope this will help you and feel free to ask any further questions of you.
