Suggest Effective Fairness Creams

Hii sir Im using melacare cream from last 3years...recently im getting scars and breakouts and hair on my face..if i stop using it my skin is becoming dark again...can you please suggest some cream thats remains the fairness and reduce the scars on my skin

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain Melacare contains Steroid component Mometasone Furoate and long term use of creams that contains Steroid causes serious side effects like increased facial hair, thinning of skin, blemishes and Scars..
You have already used it for 3 years and if you stop using it darkening will be seen and you will have to keep patience as gradually skin will improve..
You can start using Kojic Acid containing creams as it is Mushroom extract and safe for long term use as well as reduce darkness of face..
Wash your face 2 to 3 times a day with mild facewash and apply Kojic Acid cream on face and neck..
Apply Vitamin E gel on face at night..
Scrub your face twice a week with a mild scrub..
Avoid sun exposure as it can further darken the face do to Photosensitivity effect..
Do cold compresses over face to improve blood circulation.. Drink plenty of water..

In office treatment at the Dermatologist clinic can be done like Photofacial..
