Hi

Your daughter is most likely suffering from an episode of viral gasrtoenteritis. Don't worry as most of the times they ar self limiting. Cortigen B6 is not useful for vomiting in toddlers. You may give her Domperidone or Ondansetrone for controlling emesis. Also, give an antacid such as digene or ranitidine for gastritis. Keep her well hydrated by oral rehydration therapy.

Hopefully this will be of help.
Take care
