Hi,

Otosporin ear drops contains a combination of antibiotics which helps in treating ear infections. This drops does not help in dissolving the wax. If dry wax is present, drops like clear wax should be used for one or two weeks and dissolved wax should be removed manually by syringing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
