Suggest Dosage Of Doxycycline For Ureaplasma Infection

Hi, I would like to know the correct amount of time to take Doxycycline for Ureaplasma. My doctor gave me a 5 day dosage and it has not cured it. The person who passed it on took a 10 day dose twice a day. Is this the best dosage? I have had this infection for four months now. My doctor is out of her depth on this so I would really appreciate some advice!

IT IS UROPLASMA OR MYCOPLASMA INFECTION. REQUIRES PROLONG TREATMENT. ANTIBIOTIC SENSITIVE ARE TETRACYCLINE, EZYTHROCIN DOXYCYCLINE. DOXYCYCLINE IS RECOMMENDED FOR 14DAYS. SO YOU CAN HAVE SECOND OPINION AND IF REQUIRED CHANGE OF ANTIBIOTIC.
