General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Prevnar is generally given at 2,4,6 and 12 months from birth. If your child has already taken 3 doses, she can take the fourth dose 12 months from birth (when she is one year old).
If she takes the fourth dose at one year of age than she is finishing the booster dose for pneumococcus and should be well covered.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
