Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

Your current TSH level is just at borderline of the lower limit of normal. If you continue to take the same dose of Eltroxin 150 mcgs, the TSH will decrease still further. I am not sure what your previous TSH levels were. Hence, I am a bit cautious to decrease your Eltroxin rapidly as I do not want to cause large fluctuations in your TSH levels.

So, I would advise you to decrease your Eltroxin to 125 mcgs daily and recheck your TSH levels in 6weeks. If your TSH is still on the lower side, then you could then decrease your Eltroxin to 100 mcgs if needed.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
Regards
