Suggest Difference Between Internal Bleeding & Hemorrhoids

I have crohns and am anally bleeding bright red blood and dark clots. I am trying to figure out the source of the blood and therefore its seriousness. Is there a difference in color between blood that is coming from my internal system and blood from hermorrhoids?

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that yes there is difference between the two. One which came out of the haemorrhoid are fresh and bright red blood. One can out from the internal system as a crohn's disease in you can cause black and partially digested blood.
