Suggest Diets To Increase Body Weight In Teen Males

Hi my name is Sam am 21 years old male severely underweight I weight 48-kg. am 166 tall am really thin I can't stand being like that I have fast metopalosim I eat my normal 3 meals every day some times more than normal I eat more than anyone in my family !! Please help me thanks !

I am so sorry to hear about this weight concern that you have expressed. For real, your BMI is less than 18 which is considered to be normal and desirable above this. With you eating right per your evaluations, I will suggest that you follow up with a dietitian to see if you do eat enough calories adjusted for your daily activities. There are also conditions like diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc. that may cause weight loss. They would also be investigated to make sure we are not missing out on something here.
