Suggest Diet To Reduce Bilirubin Count

Hi sir, This ajiesh mon(29 Age/Male).I suffered Jaundice,My bilirubin level was 3.5 before 50 days but now it was reduce the level 1.8.Almost 55 days is completed and i didn t eat any non veg food so far until this 50 days.Here after can i take non veg food(Mutton,Fish alone).

Avoid mutton for some days,because difficult to digest,already you have jaundice history can create stomach problem
also take juices which contains rich Vitamin C such as Orange juice
