Your lipid profile is normal except for triglyceride levels. You must avoid refined foods made out of white flour used for making white bread, and other bakery items, simple carbohydrates like refined sugar/glucose, sweets, soft drinks, sherbets and any other sugar containing food. Cut down on your fat intake by reducing consumption of fried foods, fatty foods and junk foods like burger, pizzas, fried noodles etc. Choose healthier foods low in fats/oil when eating out. You need to take omega -3 fatty acids to reduce triglyceride levels. You can take them as supplements in the form of fish oils or include foods providing omega -3 fats like walnuts (2-3 daily) or flaxseeds, use cooking oil with omega -3 fatty acids like soyabean oil or canola oil. Limit intake of white polished rice/basmati rice and starchy foods like root vegetables such as potatoes, colocasia or arvi (hindi), sweet potato and yam.

Exercise or go for a brisk walk atleast 30-45 minutes a day,(5 times a week).

Stay active, eat healthy and do not take too much stress. Hope this answers your query.
