Suggest Diet To Lose Weight

I am overweight by about 70lbs and am looking for a healthy diet that I can do long-term. I know that I am a food addict, so I’ve tried OA, weight watchers, slim fast, otc diet pills, counseling, teas, and a variety of fad diets. Despite knowing that I have heart issues and migraines, I got desperate about a year ago and found someone who would prescribe me Phentermine. I lost 40lbs in 6mos. I told myself I’d never gain the weight back, but 2yrs later, I’m back up to 240. With all the things online that I’ve researched, I am completely overwhelmed. My physician says to follow the food pyramid and my gynecologist says not to overeat. I’m 48, 5’7”, and completely frustrated. Any suggestions?

Yes first you first you avoid all heavy food like potato Brinjal and rice and all the fatty foods fast food chicken mutton all things avoided. you can use medohar Vati kayakalp Vati gokshuradi guggulu and Chandra vati all tablet twice a day with bottle and Karela Jamun juice from Patanjali or kudos. These all medicine are very helpful to control your cholesterol level and weight loss.
