General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i'm Dr.Anto

Thank you for submitting your question.

Hi respected fellow. I'm a serr by the way.

So we are talking about cardiology problem, You were under gone from valve replacement with pacemaker. With also diabetes problem and hypertension.

The suggestion diet would be into 6 regimens.

The key for controlling diabetes is to eat less but often.

3 big meals and 3 small meals.

Big meals have to cut some carbohydrate in half,

Small meals include some protein and minerals.

A non sugar and low salt food would be recommended for your daily meal.

Thank you.
